c-o-m-p-o-s-i-t-e is a nonprofit contemporary art space that aims at elaborating projects which are multiple and variable in character, by providing a platform for support and collaboration. Through the activities conducted, we approach questions about art practice, and how, within it, composite configurations emerge, bind together, transform, stabilise, reiterate. Without making cuts beforehand ; neither elementary, nor sequential, neither historical, nor disciplinary. We propose to consider together the capacity of art and its practices, in a wide sense, to draw together im/material possibles. c-o-m-p-o-s-i-t-e makes place for the fabrication of such possibles. The propositions that follow from these questions can take the form of exhibitions, short-term or longer collaborations, co-productions, dialogues, lectures or conversations between actors concerned. With these, we aim at soliciting for im/material, affective and/or cognitive transformations by the invited actors, as they are effected during the encounters.
